§ 155.091 PERMITTED USES.
   (A)   All uses permitted in the R-1 Residential District subject to the regulations of the R-2 Residential District;
   (B)   Two-family residential structures (duplexes);
   (C)   Two-family residential structures in double block structures;
   (D)   Customary accessory uses and buildings incidental to any of the above permitted uses;
   (E)   Home occupations as defined in § 155.001, subject to the regulations of § 155.171; and
   (F)   The following uses are permitted, as special exceptions, by the Zoning Hearing Board as provided for in §§ 155.280 through 155.284:
      (1)   Special exceptions as specified in the R-1 Residential Districts;
      (2)   Grocery stores of a small convenience type provided that the first floor sales areas, including the storage area, is no larger than 1,500 square feet and no traffic congestion is likely to be incurred; and
      (3)   Drug stores of a small, convenience type provided that the first floor sales area, including the storage area, is no larger than 1,500 square feet and no traffic congestion is likely to be incurred.
