§ 155.060 ESTABLISHMENT OF ZONING DISTRICTS.

   For the purpose of regulating and restricting the location of all uses of property, the size and width of lots, the location and size of yards and the size and height of buildings, the borough is divided into five classes of use districts termed respectively:

   (A)   Class R-1 - Low Density Residential District;

   (B)   Class R-2 - Medium Density Residential District;

   (C)   Class R-3 - High Density/Multi-family Residential District;

   (D)   Class C - Business/Commercial District; and

   (E)   Class I - Industrial District.
