§ 152.26 CONSTRUCTION AT INITIATIVE OF PROPERTY OWNER.
   Any property owner, upon his or her own initiative, and without notice from any borough authority, may construct, reconstruct or repair a sidewalk in front of or alongside his or her property, provided that such owner shall first obtain from the Borough Engineer the lines and grades for such sidewalk and shall conform to such lines and grades and to the requirements of this subchapter respecting the material to be used in such construction, reconstruction or repair.
