§ 152.24 SIDEWALKS TO CONFORM TO LINE AND GRADE.
   All sidewalks shall be constructed, reconstructed and repaired, and the grading thereof shall be done upon the line and grade obtained by the property owner from the Borough Engineer and not otherwise.
