(A) General. Permits issued by the borough for opening, restoration and paving procedures of any street and/or alley will be valid for a period of 60 days only.
(B) Construction time limit. On any permit for street opening, restoration and paving procedures issued by the borough, commencement of work on the project shall require that the construction work be completed, including restoration, pursuant to the terms of this subchapter no later than 15 calendar days following the date of construction commencement.
