§ 150.05 APPEALS.
   The owner of a residential rental unit aggrieved by a decision of the Inspector may, within 30 days or the time fixed for repair, whichever is shorter, appeal the decision to the UCC Appeals Board at a non-refundable fee of $500 per appeal.
