(A) A certain document, three copies of which are on file in the office of the Borough of Cressona, being marked and designated as the 2018 International Property Maintenance Code as published by the International Code Council, Inc., be and hereby adopted as the Property Maintenance Code of the Borough of Cressona, Pennsylvania; for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions, and terms of said Property Maintenance Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made part hereof, as if fully set forth in this subchapter, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in § 150.02.
(B) Notwithstanding anything in this subchapter, the regulation of the sewer and water facilities in the borough shall be left to the Cressona Borough Authority and the Schuylkill Haven Borough, respectively.
