§ 132.05 ADDITIONAL REMEDIES IN CASE OF REPEATED VIOLATIONS OR OTHER SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES.
   Any child who shall violate § 132.02 more than three times shall be reported by the Mayor to a society or organization the purpose of which is to take charge of incorrigibles and delinquents, and proceedings may then be taken in the Court of Quarter Sessions or Juvenile Court for the permanent welfare of such child; provided, a like procedure may be followed in any case where the arrest of the parent, guardian or other person having the legal care or custody of a child shall not be effective, or where for any other reason the provisions of this chapter requiring that children be at home or out of the streets, alleys, parks and public places after the curfew hour, except as provided in the first section of this chapter, cannot be made effective by fines and penalties imposed under this chapter.
