For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
NUDITY. The showing, by any means including, but not limited to, views, poses, depictions or exhibitions in such position or manner which present or expose such areas of the following: postpubertal, full or partially developed human female breast with less than a fully opaque covering of any portion thereof below the top of the areola or nipple; covered human male genitals in a discernibly turgid state; or lewd exhibition of the human genitals, pubic area, perineum, buttocks or anal region, with less than a fully opaque covering.
