No person engaged in any transient retail business shall:
(A) Go in or upon any private residence in the borough without having been requested or invited to do so by the owner or occupant thereof, or remain within or at the entrance to any private residence unless invited to so remain;
(B) Sell or offer for sale any product or type of product not mentioned in his or her license;
(C) Hawk or cry his or her wares upon any of the streets, alleys, sidewalks or public grounds in the borough or use any loud speaker or horn or other device for announcing his or her presence by which the public may be annoyed;
(D) When selling from a vehicle, stop or park such vehicle upon any of the streets or alleys in the borough for a longer time than necessary in order to sell therefrom to persons residing in the immediate vicinity;
(E) Park any vehicle upon any of the streets or alleys in the borough for the purpose of sorting, rearranging or cleaning of his or her goods, wares or merchandise or of disposing of any carton, wrapping material or of any stock or wares or of food stuffs which have become unsalable through handling, age or otherwise; and
(F) Occupy any fixed location upon any of the streets, alleys, sidewalks, or elsewhere out of doors in the borough, for the purpose of the sale, storage or display of any goods, wares or merchandise, with or without a stand or counter.
