§ 110.03 FAILURE TO PAY; MUNICIPAL LIEN.
   If any individual, partnership or corporation fails to pay the borough for the false alarm(s) billed them pursuant to § 110.02, then the borough, through its Solicitor, shall enter a municipal lien in the Court of Common Pleas of the county and indexed against the property to which the burglar alarm was attached in accordance with the Municipal Claims and Liens Act, 53 P.S. § 7101, Act of 1923, May 16. P.L. 207, § 1, as amended.
