(A) No exterior furnace shall be constructed or erected without the property owner obtaining a permit from the Borough Hall upon:
(1) An application provided by the borough; and
(2) With the payment of all permit fees.
(B) The application and inspection permit fees shall be established by borough resolution from time to time by Borough Council.
