In the event that an exterior furnace for any reason is 50% dismantled or physically deteriorated so as to become a danger:
(A) The exterior furnace and all attachments or exhaust system must be completely removed; and
(B) If desired replaced with a new system, which in all respects complies with the regulations and requirements provided for herein and shall be subject to borough inspection.
