§ 91.059 RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF EXTERIOR FURNACES ERECTED AFTER DATE OF ADOPTION OF THIS CHAPTER.
   (A)   Exterior furnaces constructed or erected after the date of adoption of this subchapter shall only be used to supply heat and/or hot water to a residence/business between October 1 to April 30.
   (B)   The exterior furnace must meet all other provisions of this subchapter to operate and shall not be used for any other purpose or during another time period during the year.
