(A) Disposal of ashes or waste from any exterior furnace shall be done in accordance with the provisions of all laws of the Commonwealth including, but not limited to, all regulations of DEP.
(B) All approved fuels must be stored within a 50-foot radius of the exterior furnace.
(C) Any ash and/or waste must be disposed of weekly with the borough trash hauler (if permitted by the hauler) or with a private trash hauler.
(D) All material stored to be burnt in the exterior furnace must be neatly stacked and/or stored under cover and free from vectors.
