§ 91.040 ABATEMENT BY BOROUGH AT EXPENSE OF PROPERTY OWNER.
   In addition to the penalty prescribed in § 91.999, whenever any owner of property shall fail to cut or destroy any noxious weeds subsequent to the receipt of written notice, the borough may cause such weeds to be cut and destroyed at the expense of such property owner in default and the borough may collect the cost of such cutting, destruction and removal plus 10% as authorized by law.
