§ 31.10 DECORUM AND RULES OF ORDER.
   (A)   The President shall preserve order and decorum, decide all questions of order, and conduct the meeting. The President may invoke and apply such portions of Robert’s Rules of Order as needed to dispense with all business fairly and expeditiously. In the absence of the President, and if there is a proper quorum, the Vice President shall act as President.
   (B)   All persons shall abide by the customary rules of order and conduct of meetings, and conduct themselves in a quiet and polite manner. The Chairperson or a majority of the members shall take whatever legal action is necessary to maintain order.
