§ 31.09 BOROUGH SECRETARY/TREASURER.
   The Borough Secretary/Treasurer shall utilize a tape recording device at each meeting. The tapes produced are not a matter of public record, but merely for the purpose of assisting the Borough Secretary/Treasurer to prepare the written minutes of each meeting. After the minutes of a meeting have been approved the tape may be erased by the Borough Secretary/Treasurer.
