§ 31.08 PRESS AND MEDIA.
   The Borough Secretary/Treasurer, Solicitor, Solicitor of the Zoning Hearing Board, or Engineer(s) shall make no response to the press or media concerning any matter arising out of the business of the borough, without the prior approval of the majority of the Borough Council.
