§ 75.09 UNLAWFUL OPERATION.
   Any person who shall operate any bicycle not properly registered or carrying a proper identification tag, as required herein, upon any street, highway or public place in the borough, or who shall operate such bicycle in an unsafe manner, shall upon conviction thereof be subject to the penalties provided hereof.
