For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BICYCLE. A vehicle consisting of two wheels, one behind the other, connected by a light frame carrying a seat, the vehicle being propelled by the feet of the rider pressing on treadles which act directly or through gearing. This definition is in no way to be construed as applying to children’s toy bicycles.
