(A) Both the Traffic Control Map and the Snow Emergency Control Map shall be prepared and maintained by the Borough Engineer.
(B) At least two sets of such maps in their then current form shall be kept on file in the office of the Borough Secretary/Treasurer.
(C) Both such maps shall be public record, but the keeping of these maps shall not be a requisite condition for any prosecution for traffic violations pursuant to this chapter.
