(A) Amendments to either the Traffic Control Map and/or the Snow Emergency Control Map shall be made only by borough ordinance.
(B) Nothing herein shall restrict or prohibit the authority of the Mayor to establish traffic regulations for a temporary period not exceeding 90 days in conformity with the provisions of the codification of ordinances of the borough and of the statutes of the Commonwealth.
