A regular meeting schedule shall be established at the annual organization meeting. The regular meeting schedule shall be published in a local newspaper generally circulating in the borough, and a copy of the schedule of regular meetings shall be posted on the borough bulletin board. All meetings shall be held in the borough’s Municipal Building, unless a specifically published newspaper advertisement shall specify otherwise.
