§ 52.01 PROHIBITION OF USE OF GROUNDWATER IN CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE BOROUGH.
   (A)   The use of groundwater as a potable water supply is prohibited in designated areas of the borough, except for such uses or methods which are in existence before the effective date of this chapter.
   (B)   The use of, or attempted use of, groundwater from the hereinafter set forth properties as a source of potable water, by the installation/drilling of wells or by any other method of groundwater extraction, is hereby prohibited.
   (C)   The affected properties are designated as follows:
      (1)   UPI #41-04-0017.000;
      (2)   UPI #41-04-0019.000;
      (3)   UPI #41-04-0016.000;
      (4)   UPI #41-04-0015.001; and
      (5)   The unnamed alley between the above-mentioned properties.
   (D)   A diagram/map showing the above-described properties is attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked as Schedule A.
