The applicant for a sewage disposal permit and application for the issuance of a permit, must in all respects comply with the Pennsylvania Sewage Facilities Act, being 35 P.S. §§ 750.1 et seq., and with all the rules and regulations adopted by the Department of Environmental Protection under and in pursuance of said Act.
