§ 51.138 TIME LIMITS FOR ACTION ON APPLICATIONS.
   Permits shall be issued or denied within seven days after the receipt of the application unless the data submitted by the applicant is incomplete or the Enforcement Officer is unable to verify the information submitted. The Enforcement Officer shall so notify the applicant within seven days after receiving the application and the time for acting thereon shall be extended 15 days beyond the date of receipt of adequate, supplementary or amendatory data. Denial of a permit shall be supported by a statement in writing of the reasons for such action.
