§ 35.47 PENALTIES.
   On a finding of a violation of this subchapter, the Commission may recommend a fine of $250 for each violation. The Commission may recommend to the City Council of the City of Crescent Springs to seek injunctive relief against a violator to compel compliance with this subchapter.
