§ 155.40 FLOODPLAIN ADMINISTRATOR; DESIGNATION.

   The City Council of the City of Crescent Springs, Kentucky, hereby appoints the City Deputy Zoning Administrator to administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this chapter by granting or denying development permits in accordance with its provisions, and he or she is herein referred to as the Floodplain Administrator.
