§ 93.11 OPEN BURNING; REQUIRED PERMIT.
   (A)   No person shall build, make or maintain a bonfire or other similar outdoor fire or burning, or assist in so doing, within the limits of the city unless a permit therefor has been first issued under the provisions of § 93.12, which permit has not been revoked.
   (B)   No person shall burn any wood, plastic, cardboard, grass, leaves, brush, trees, waste paper or other combustible material, or assist in so doing, within the limits of the city, except in an approved furnace or fireplace within an enclosed building, unless a permit therefor has been first issued under the provisions of § 93.12, which permit has not been revoked.
