The city hereby creates a Hearing Board to hear all citations of parking violations as hereinafter described. Said board is to be composed of one person appointed by the Mayor. The Board shall have such authority as is authorized under the Local Government Parking Citation Enforcement Act as adopted under KRS 82.600 through 82.635, and as set forth in this subchapter.
