§ 113.07 IMPOSITION OF FEES FOR AIDING IN CITY EXPENSES.
   The license fees hereby imposed, levied, and collected, pursuant hereto, shall be for the purpose of aiding in defraying the expense and maintaining the city government, and shall be included in the annual appropriation ordinance.
