§ 113.06 COMPANY OPERATING WITHOUT LICENSE PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for an insurance company to do business in the city, without first having obtained a license, and it shall be unlawful for any person to act as an agent for any insurance company which has not obtained the license required.
