§ 97.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who shall violate a provision of this chapter shall upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not less than $50, nor more than $500. Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   At the discretion of the enforcement office, a citation and mail in ticket may be used as provided above, with fines of $50 for the first offense and $100 for each subsequent offense during a one-year period, which fines shall double if not paid within five business days after the issuance of a citation and the violator will be cited to appear before the Kenton District Court. The Court may impose a fine of $50 to $500, as provided above.
   (C)   For serious violations, the enforcement office may cite the offender directly to Kenton District Court without using the citation procedure.
