The Mayor may authorize the use of the Crescent Springs Community Park for festivals or special events involving larger crowds and the sale of alcoholic beverages. A permit may be issued by the Mayor for such special event, provided the group, association, or corporation has a validly issued special use permit from the Kentucky Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission and furnishes a copy of an appropriate liability insurance policy naming the city as an additional insured. The amount of the insurance policy shall be a minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence. No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed or taken into the park outside of the area described in the permit.
