(A) Reserved Picnic or Shelter Area. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to establish, in the Crescent Springs Community Park, certain picnic or shelter areas which may be reserved for exclusive use, for one day at a time. For such reservation, following fees may be charged:
(1) Forty dollars per day for residents of the city;
(2) Eighty dollars per day for all other users.
(B) Reservation of picnic or shelter areas shall be according to administrative regulations promulgated by the Mayor, including, without limitation, provisions for written applications, permits, security deposits, refunds, and forfeitures thereof.
