(A) No person shall attempt to climb any power tower or climb any fence erected around electrical towers in the park; and no person without authority shall otherwise enter inside the fenced area around the electrical towers into the park.
(B) No person shall use or fly any radio controlled model planes or similar flying devices in the city park, and no person shall fly a kite or use motion propelled rockets or other devices which can fly or be propelled through the air in such a manner as to interfere with or become entangled in power lines.
