§ 95.07 PROVISIONS FOR PAYMENT.

All provisions for payment, collection, and refund of taxes shall be as provided for in KRS 134 insofar as the statutory provisions shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of this or any other existing ordinances of the city or any statutes applicable thereto.
