§ 72.13 REPAIRING OF AUTOMOBILES WHILE PARKED ON STREET.
   (A)    For the purpose of this section, "AUTOMOBILE" shall mean and include trucks, trailers, attached vehicles to automobiles and trucks and everything on wheels, however propelled or drawn.
   (B)    It shall be unlawful for any person to make repairs to any automobile while parked on and along any street of the city, provided that in the making of the repairs it is necessary to jack up the automobile and either leave same on jacks or on any height stand. There is excluded from this section the changing of tires from the automobile.
