§ 71.47 NOTICE TO CITY AND OTHER OFFICIALS WHEN PERMIT ISSUED.
   Immediately on the issuance of a parade permit, the Chief of Police shall send a copy thereof to the following persons:
   (A)    The Mayor;
   (B)    The City Attorney;
   (C)    The Fire Chief;
