§ 51.01 ISSUANCE OF PERMITS.
   No zoning or building permit is to be issued for any structure or for the remodeling of any structure which does not show the locations for downspout drains, driveway drains, and storm water drains, from point of collection to the point of disposal in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
