§ 35.02 LOCAL APPEALS BOARD.
   (A)    It is established pursuant to Kentucky Revised Statutes a Local Appeals Board to hear appeals from the decisions of the City Building Inspector. The Local Appeals Board is established pursuant to Kentucky Revised Statutes, as well as the appropriate State Administrative Regulations. The Local Appeals Board shall have the power, authority, and responsibility set forth in the Kentucky Revised Statutes, as well as in the applicable provisions of the State Administrative Regulations, and the Local Appeals Board shall conduct itself according to the procedures set forth therein.
   (B)    Pursuant to Kentucky Revised Statutes, the Mayor is authorized to appoint three technically qualified persons as defined in the applicable sections of the Kentucky Revised Statutes with the appropriate professional experience relating to the building industry to be designated as members of the Local Appeals Board and that the members shall perform the responsibility of the Board.
