§ 35.01 BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS.
   (A)    Pursuant to provisions of the zoning code, citizens of the city shall be appointed to the Board of Adjustments for the terms of office as designated.
   (B)    The duties of the respective members of the Board of Adjustments shall be as designated in the zoning code, and the appropriate sections of the Kentucky Revised Statutes.
