(A) Garbage and refuse will be collected by the contracted trash service provider according to a collection schedule and rules established and maintained in their offices.
(B) All containers shall be placed by the curb, in the planting strip, or by the roadway no earlier than 6:00 p.m. on the evening before the scheduled refuse collection day. Empty containers must be removed from the curb, planting strip or roadway by 8:00 a.m. the morning after the scheduled refuse collection day.
