§ 31.02 CITY CLERK.
   As provided for in G.S. § 160A-171, there shall be a City Clerk who shall:
   (A)   Give notice of meetings of the board;
   (B)   Keep a journal of the proceedings of the board;
   (C)   Be the custodian of all city records; and
   (D)   Shall perform any other duties that may be required by law or the City Manager.
