§ 113.030 RIGHTS RESERVED TO GRANTOR.

In addition to any rights specifically reserved to the grantor by this chapter or a franchise agreement, the grantor reserves to itself every right and power that is required to be reserved by a provision of any other ordinance or under any other franchise.
