(A) This chapter shall be known and may be cited as this chapter and it shall become a part of the ordinances of the city.
(B) This chapter shall take effect and be in force from and after its adoption for the grant of any new franchise agreement or renewal of any franchise existing at the time of adoption.
(C) All ordinances or parts of the City of Creedmoor Code in conflict with the provisions of this chapter are hereby repealed.
