(A) Violation of these rules is a misdemeanor and is punishable by a fine of up to $50 and imprisonment for not more than 30 days for each occurrence.
(B) Any conviction of a violation of these regulations will render the individual convicted ineligible to operate as a pawnbroker within the city for a period of 30 days.
