§ 154.03 NATIONAL SAFETY STANDARDS; INSPECTIONS.
   (A)   National Safety Standards. No manufactured home or immobilized manufactured home shall be located in the city unless the unit has the National Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards metal seal affixed thereto.

   (B)   Inspection. All manufactured housing units located in the city shall be subject to reasonable inspection by an official or officials designated by the City Council.
