(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Anyone not posting his or her new numbers within the time frame in § 150.05 shall be given a written notice that they are in violation of this chapter. If the numbers have not been posted within 30 days of the written notice, a fine of up to $100 may be levied against the offender. Written warnings shall also be issued to those who fail to remove confusing former address numbers. If the numbers are not removed within 30 days of the warning, a fine of up to $50 may be levied.
